Don't worry about resurrecting dead threads around here. :D
I might have to make a rule about it at some point, if the site ever gets busy enough to where it becomes a problem, but right now it's not an issue.

I don't think Michael Smoker is with us any more, though. He vanished one day ... and hasn't been seen since.
(I hope he's okay, but I fear that something might have happened to him.)
If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.
