It's All About Us

Postby Gadfly-in-Chief » Thu Jan 17, 2008 6:50 pm

Saiya, I just want to say: That's the best red hair yet.
Yes, the unexamined life is not worth living. But as a student of logic, you must realize that this does not imply that the examined life is.

That's cool, blue's one of the few colours i've never done it.
Most people seem to be used to the red now though, had it for almost a couple of years on and off.
Thanks for all the compliments though people :D

Emmarainbow, you have an Ursula Vernon avatar! I adore her. There's an original watercolour hanging over my head.

What is love? Well, you know that feeling you get when you've been locked in a tiny dark space alone for a year? It's kind of the opposite of that.

Yeah, this place is awesome. Finally, a place for asexuals to discuss sexuality without fear of someone saying they're not "real asexuals" :menace:

The weird thing is that I actually named myself after the song by Black Tide. When I went looking for an avatar I found that one and it reminded me of when I collected Transformers as a teenager.

Placebo, you have a sig from Theodore Sturgeon! Well done, sir/madam. 'Tis a story dear to my heart. One of these days one of us should OCR-scan the whole thing so everyone can read it.

The leading end of an RNA strand, turning information into reality.

*cue embarrassing emo-photo of engagement tattoo*

Look everyone, a miracle of life that doesn't involve meiosis!

Yes! I think I requested the book specifically because you. . . or someone on AVEN. . . mentioned it. Read it and decided that the line was waaay too appropriate not to be using!

Hate to double post, but this seemed to mostly be applicable to here--I just have to say to whomever constructed the site, I love the changing banners at the top "Not just a blood type anymore"? "Surfing the bell curve"? Ineffable, Unsquickable, Unstoppable"? You guys are awesome, those are great!

Some of us have been coming up with those and passing them to the admin. If you have any clever ideas to add to the mix, you can post them in this thread:
